Payment Policy
To secure and confirm a reservation a deposit of the 50% of the total amount 
is required.
The balance is payable in cash upon 
arrival.  In case of a cancellation this 
deposit is not refundable but  will be 
credited to a future rental at a 
date convenient to both parties.

Método de Pago
Para confirmar una reservación se 
requiere un depósito del 50% del 
monto total de la renta. El saldo 
deberá pagarse al contado en 
el momento de la llegada. 
En caso de cancelación este depósito no 
es reembolsable pero le será
acreditado a una futura renta en una 
fecha conveniente para ambas partes.
