High season (November/April): $1,750
Christmas/New Year/Easter: $2000
Low season (June/October): $1,400

50% of the total amount is required to  secure and confirm a  reservation and the balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
In case of a cancellation this deposit is not refundable but 
will be credited to a future rental rescheduled at the
convenience of both parties, according to availability.
A security deposit will be collected upon arrival to cover
possible damages incurring during your stay. This deposit
will be returned at the time of departure, fully or 
deducting whatever needed.

This property is only rented sporadically.
