This is our “private home"
that we have decided to convert to a Bed and
Breakfast, with a few subtle little differences.
First let us tell you
what to expect when you arrive…one of the owners, not a taxi
driver, will pick you up at the airport.
We will take you to your home away from
home and get you settled in. There you will
be greeted with “free margaritas” just
because we are glad you are here. We will
give you a list of the best clubs, restaurants,
must see places, things to do etc.,
then you are on your own to enjoy. Or, as we
cajuns say: “lessie le bon temps roule”.

LOCATION
is located in Hornos Insurgentes (central Acapulco) in a very
exclusive, safe, secure, private neighborhood,
nestled in the fabulous hills of
acapulco, minutes to the costera, 10 min walk
to the beach or
$2.00 taxi rides to anywhere in the city.
AMENITIES
1. 10,000 + sq ft and 5 levels of totally private
and fully air conditioned
areas. Breathtaking views of Beautiful
Acapulco and the bay from virtually
every room in the house.
2. 8 different patio/gardens with everything
from swaying palms to flowers and shrubs
of every variety on all levels, the
entire house is filled with plants and greenery of
every variety imaginable.
3. Each bedroom is large, air conditioned,
with its own cable TV, very tastefully
decorated, with plenty of closet and dresser
space, full length mirrors, large
private baths with the tub and shower area
accommodating up to 4 people, most
have king sized beds (one has a queen) each
room has a private patio and or private
deck in which you can enjoy, with that “special
person” you want to impress,
a fabulous breakfast or a romantic “candlelite”
dinner just for the 2 of you.
4. The house has 3 bedrooms and 5 full bathrooms
as well as a large loft
office with adjoining en-suite bath that can
easily convert into a 4th bedroom.
5. The master suite is very large, with a massive
4 poster bed and a Jacuzzi
tub, sitting areas, huge walk in closet, large
cactus garden and a huge deck with
swaying palm trees that overlooks the bay
of Acapulco.

1. ENTRANCE FOYER:
large area with marble floors having a garden and
park benches, overflowing with plant life.
2. PALAPA: huge area with
bar and full kitchen, full bath, seating for 12, two
dining tables, breathtaking
views of the entire city of Acapulco and the
beautifull blue waters
of Acapulco bay. Plants and flowers everywhere.
3. DINING ROOM: seating
for 8, air conditioned, beautifully decorated,
watch the fishing boats and the cruise ships
come in while dining with
your favorite someone.
4. OFFICE: fully equipped
office, with 2 computers and free DSL internet
service, FAX at minimal
charges, long distance phone available, with a
phone card only,
(if you don’t have one we will sell you one (at our cost of course)

5. LIVING ROOM: 50 ft X
25 ft room with 16 ft catherdral ceilings, marble
floors, lush greenery
with 2 couches, two recliners and easy chairs with a 61

view our collection of 40 hand crocheted doll
sized bridal gowns
of yesteryear.
6. MAIN KITCHEN: Fully appointed,
beautifully decorated large kitchen
area, commercial
refrigerator, hand painted tiles, for those "late nite
snacks" or to watch
your meal being prepared by our Mexican chef.
7. POOL AREA: totally relax
in this secluded outside pool/jacuzzi/garden
area...(totally nude
is perfectly acceptable)... large tiled pool with a tremendous
river rock waterfall
that cascades into the pool and 8 person hand made
Jacuzzi, heated of
course. Enjoy the wonderful Acapulco sun and when you
have had enough,
without leaving the pool, just move yourself into the
shade or get out
and sit pool side in either sun or shade, belly up to the bar
for the coldest beer
in town, rest rooms are just a step away…..after all we
want you to pamper
yourself and most important to let us pamper you.
8. RATES: PER DAY
High Season
(November to May) rooms 150.00 per day
Master suite $200 per day all year
Entire House $500 per day
Rest of the year:
Rooms $120 per day
House $440 per day
SPECIAL….RENT A ROOM OR THE HOUSE FOR 6 DAYS….AND
THE 7th
DAY IS FREE
